About Sam

Built the nine-minute refresh and the checks that stop a broken import from publishing six houses at the wrong price. Most of that work is feeds changing shape without warning.

He also built the four tools, which run in the browser and send nothing anywhere — there is no endpoint to send the numbers to, which is why there is no email gate in front of them. Engineering is not a licensed role and he has never sold a house.
