About us

Six of us, and nobody to hand you off to.

Whoever walks your house prices it, lists it and reads the contingencies out loud at the end. That is the whole company: six people, 34 metros, 1,240 moves since 2019.

Our mission

Show all six comps, including the two that hurt.

A valuation shows four comparable sales. There are always six. We show all six, because an appraiser finds the awkward two in week five anyway — by which point your leverage is gone. Every listing says what is wrong with it and every fee sits beside the service it pays for.

Our vision

Small enough that one person owns the whole transaction.

Whoever walks your house prices it, lists it and reads the contingencies out loud at the end. No hand-off, no referral fees from lenders or title companies, and no enquiry ever sold. It costs us scale, which is the trade we have chosen.

Team

Meet the six.

Six people, 34 metros, divided by region rather than by transaction stage — so one of them handles your sale from the walkthrough to the settlement statement.

Testimonials

“They talked us out of the first house.”

It looked perfect online. Priya walked the basement, found two winters of water damage behind the paint, and told us to keep looking. We closed on a better place six weeks later for eleven grand less.

“Sold in nine days. In January.”

Everyone told us to wait for spring. They shot it in the snow, listed at $739,000, and we had three offers before the driveway thawed. One of them waived the appraisal.

“First lease with zero drama.”

Eleven years of renting and this was the first time the deposit came back in full, on time, with a note explaining every line on it. I read it twice looking for the catch.

Common questions

Questions we get on the phone.

Do I have to sign something to talk to you?

No. The first conversation costs nothing and ends whenever you want it to. We don’t ask for an exclusive until there’s something to be exclusive about.

My city isn’t on your list. Now what?

Then we’re the wrong people, and you’ll hear that in one email instead of three meetings. Here are the 34 we actually cover.

How fast do the listings update?

Every nine minutes. It’s the reason nothing on this page sits there looking available three days after it sold.

Should I renovate before listing?

Usually not. Paint and a furnace that works beat a new kitchen on return almost every time. We’ll name the two things worth doing and the six that aren’t.

Who pays you when I’m buying?

The seller’s side, out of the commission already written into the deal. If a listing offers nothing, you hear it before the walkthrough, not at closing.

What if I change my mind halfway through?

You pull the listing and owe us nothing but the photography, at cost. In 1,240 moves we’ve never had to argue about it.

Are you a real brokerage or a portal?

A brokerage. Licensed in 34 states, and the person who walks your house is on our payroll — not a stranger who bought your details as a lead.

What happens to my address and my numbers?

They stay with us. We don’t sell leads and we don’t put you on a mailing list — the only emails you get are the ones answering something you asked. It is all in the privacy page.
